About Ania

I'm Ania Duchon- an entrepreneur, business strategist, speaker, media personality, and brand

builder with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses grow through leadership,

operations, marketing, and authentic relationships.

After immigrating from Poland as a child, I learned early that resilience, hard work, and community

can change the course of a life. Those values became the foundation for everything I've built.

Over the years, I transformed my family's small neighborhood bakery into one of Western New

York's most recognized hospitality brands, expanding from a single bakery into multiple businesses,

including restaurants, catering, wholesale distribution, retail concepts, and large-scale events.

Along the way, I led teams, developed leaders, built customer loyalty, created memorable brands,

and learned firsthand what it takes to grow, and reinvent, a business.

Today, my passion is helping other businesses do the same.

Through consulting, speaking, media partnerships, and brand collaborations, I work alongside

business owners to improve operations, increase sales, strengthen company culture, elevate

customer experiences and create brands people genuinely connect with. Whether it's a bakery,

restaurant, retail business, nonprofit, or growing company, I bring practical experience, creative

thinking, and a fresh perspective backed by decades of real-world success.

As the host of Sto Lat with Ania and a longtime community advocate, I love telling stories that

inspire, highlight local businesses, and bring people together. Building meaningful relationships has

always been at the heart of everything I do.

Beyond business, my greatest accomplishments are my family, my faith, and the opportunity to give

back. I proudly support organizations that strengthen our community, including Hope Rises

Network, Fantastic Friends of WNY, the American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish, WNY Heroes, and many other local

initiatives.
