About Ania

As President and Owner of Chrusciki Bakery Inc., and the visionary behind Simply Pierogi and Sto Lat Bar, my career trajectory has been characterized by strategic growth, innovation, and a deep commitment to community engagement. My journey began in 1987 with a modest bakery and has since expanded into a major player in the retail and wholesale markets of Western New York. I have adeptly managed the evolution from a local bakery to launching Simply Pierogi, Sto Lat Bar, and Events by Sto Lat, companies that broaden our market reach with health-conscious and traditional offerings, along with event planning. I am a proud co-owner of The Closet Edit and Sip Society- companies that allow me to showcase my passion for fashion and fresh, delicious beverages. I pride myself in being a trusted on-air personality via my show Sto Lat with Ania, which helps businesses tell their story and convert audiences through connection. 

  While being driven by a passion for people and community, I have been lucky enough to expand my reach as a media personality, brand spokesperson and local influencer. I proudly represent a variety of local companies that align with my values and vision. Beyond business, I am deeply committed to giving back, as I am actively involved with organizations and initiatives that uplift and support the community I call home. I am a proud board member of Hope Rises Network, a member of both Beauty Boost Buffalo and Power of the Pack WNY Inc, and an avid supporter of Make-A-Wish and WNY Heroes. I recently had the honor to serve as the Executive Ambassador of American Cancer Society of WNY!
